Mission Development Bank Limited (MIDBL) is distributing 2:1(50%) right share certificate to its shareholders from Magh 10,2072.( Sunday). The issue manager of this right share is Vibor Capital Limited , Krishna Galli, Patan ,,Lalitpur. The share certificate should be collected from the collection center where the right share was applied. Note:
  1. Shareholders have to bring original share certificate and BOID papers for Demat shareholders along with photocopy of citizenship certificate.
  2. Original share certificates and BOID certificates and photocopy of citizenship card along with Letter of Authorization can be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the bonus share and cash dividend themselves.
  3. The share certificates of right share sold through auction will be available for collection at Vibor capital Limited, Krishna Galli Lalitpur.
