Mirmire Microfinance to acquire Nagbeli Laghubitta; Kisan Microfinance out of the equation

Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank (MMFDB) has published a notice stating that it will be acquiring Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The MoU agreement for the same has been signed on Falgun 13, 2076.

The trading of MMFDB and NBBL had been halted from Baisakh 30, 2076 after they entered into a joint merger deal with Kisan Microfiance (KMFL). However, although no official statement was made, talk on the market was that the deal between the three of these companies had been suspended. Similarly, their trading hasn't resumed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) either.
