Mirmire Microfinance appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager for 50% right share

Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited (MMFDB) has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as its issue manager to issue 50% right share. Mirmire Microfinance will be issuing 50% (1:0.50) right share i.e. 1,50,000 units to its shareholders. Roshan Kumar Adhikari, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mirmire Microfinance and Shankar Prasad Kalikota, General Manager of Prabhu Capital signed the agreement yesterday (Poush 18, 2073). Recently, the microfinance company held its 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2073. The same AGM is going to endorse the authorized capital of the microfinance company up to Rs 10 crore.
