Mirmire Microfinance 6th AGM on Poush 14; to endorse 50% bonus & 25% right share

Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited (MMFDB) will be convening its 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2073. The AGM will be held at Mirable Resort Hotel, Dhulikhel, Kavreplanchowk at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To approve 50% bonus share and 2.63% cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the FY 2072/73.
• To issue 1:0.25 right share after bonus share distribution and authorize BOD for necessary amendments in Article of Association.
• To authorize BOD for necessary amendments.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 26 will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 27, 2073 till Poush 14, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. Mirmire Microfinance Company has earned net profit of Rs 31.39 lakh in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 2 crore. After distribution of 50% bonus share its paid up capital will rise to Rs 3 crore.
