Mirmire Laghubitta to convene SGM on Chaitra 17, 2076 for acquisition of Sweda Laghubitta; book closure on Chaitra 7, 2076

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for the SGM of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB).

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MMFDB) will be convening its Special General Meeting on Chaitra 17, 2076 Monday at it central office located in Banepa-08, Kavrepalanchowk from 1:30 PM onwards.

The 170th Board Meeting held on Falgun 25, 2076 has decided of following agendas for the meeting:

• Regarding the acquisition of Sweda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
• Determining the share swap ratio based on Due Diligence Audit (DDA).
• Appointment of M. Khanal & Co for DDA and determination of the remuneration.

The book closure for the same is on Chaitra 07, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on Chaitra 06, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the SGM.

The company had approved distribution of 45% bonus shares and 2.36% cash dividend for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76 in the 9^th AGM of the company. The paid up capital before the adjustment of bonus shares stands at Rs.12.87 Crore.
