MG drives into Nepal with the launch of GS & ZS

MG Motor is a British automotive company which has marked its entry into the Nepali market today by associating with one of the reputed automotive distributors - Paramount Motors. The company will launch its segment defining cars GS and ZS in Nepal. The origin of the brand's name - Morris Garages - can be traced back to 1921 when motor manufacturer William Morris hired Cecil Kimber. The story of MG (Morris Garages) began in 1924 in the UK. In the years that followed, MG’s stunning sports cars and cabriolets were the ride of choice for many celebrities, including British Prime Ministers and several members of the British Royal Family. 

The brand launch ceremony was held at Naxal showroom today. The showroom was inaugurated by His Excellency Richard Morris (British Ambassador to Nepal) amidst a ceremony organized on 21^st August, 2018 (5^th Bhadra, 2075).

The state-of-the-art showroom facility of Paramount Motors is located at Naxal. MG GS comes fully packed with advanced specifications. From automatic headlamps to cruise control, rear parking sensors and camera, DAB radio and Bluetooth, one can get all the trendy specifications of the modern SUVs. GS comes with a 2.0 L engine, Turbo 4 cylinders, max torque of 350Nm and max power of 162 KW at governed rpm. It also has all-wheel drive function and has a fuel tank capacity of 55 L. The height of MG GS is 1699 mm and the length is 4500 mm. MG GS is a SUV which doesn't compromise with features.

MG ZS is equipped with specifications like 88 kilowatt power petrol engine with 4 cylinders, Torque of 150 Nm, length of 4314 mm, height of 1648 mm, and wheelbase of 2585 and comes with fuel tank capacity of 48 L.
