MEX Nepal in 19th AFM Annual Conference-2016

Mercantile Exchange Nepal (MEX) attended the 19^th AFM Annual Conference held in Istanbul, Turkey from 18-19 April 2016 hosted by Borsa Istanbul. Mr. Jitesh Surendran, CEO of MEX Nepal represented from Nepal in the conference. Mr Surendran was one of the panelists to the round table discussion topic, “Challenges around establishing markets: regulation, market development, reporting obligations, education campaigns. Attracting global participants to emerging markets.” Issuing a press statement it stated that approximately 25 exchanges, consultancy firms, regulatory agencies and also ministries among others participated in the event.
