Mero Microfinance declares 10% stock & 10% cash dividend; 25% stock dividend of Hamro Bikas Bank

Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MERO) has decided to distribute 10 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The BOD Meeting of the bank held today (Bhadra 22, 2073) has proposed 10 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM. MERO has earned net profit of Rs 7.56 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs  20 crore and after the issuance of 10 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 22 crore. Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) has declared to distribute 25 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The BOD Meeting of the bank held on Bhadra 21, 2073 has proposed 25 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM. Earlier the bank had provided 15 percent bonus to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the fiscal year 2071/72. HAMRO has earned net profit of Rs 3.79 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 12.23 crore and after the issuance of 25 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 15.28 crore.
