Merchant Bankers Association 7th AGM re-elects Prabin Raman Parajuli as Chairman

Merchant Bankers Association 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has re-elected Board of Directors for two years tenure. The BoD was formed before the conduction of AGM. Roshan Jung Karki, Deputy Manager of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) was elected as the vice- chairperson of the association. Likewise Mekh Bahadur Thapa, General Manager of NIBL Capital Markets Limited and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Managing Director of NCM Merchant Banking has been given the post of General Secretary and Treasurer respectively. Shrijesh Ghimire, CEO of NMB Capital, Paras Mani Dhakal, CEO of Global IME Capital and Nabin Baskota, Managing Director of National Merchant Banker is now members of the association. The AGM was conducted on the chairmanship of Prabin Raman Parajuli, CEO of Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Issuing a press statement, it stated that the association will further provide quality services in upcoming days.
