Mega Mutual Fund 1 Reports Decline in NAV in Month of Bhadra

The NAV report of "Mega Mutual Fund 1 (MMF1)" has been unveiled for the month Bhadra.
"Mega Mutual Fund 1" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years.
10 crore units were issued at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. The issue was oversubscribed more than 2.37 times and was resized to 125% of its initial size, given the oversubscription.
Thus, the issue began with a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba, and has invested Rs. 86.96 crores in listed shares in Bhadra. Rs. 1.24 crores have been invested in non-listed shares and Rs. 10.5 crores in fixed deposits. The fund has Rs. 1.82 crores worth of bank deposits, and Rs. 1.38 crores of other assets.
The fund has reported a NAV of Rs. 8.13 in Bhadra, compared to the NAV of Rs. 8.64 in the month before that. It has reported a net loss of Rs. 6.3 crores. In the month before that, it was at a net loss of Rs. 6.23 lakhs.
