Mega Bank inches close to billionaire club by end of second quarter; earns over Rs 95 crore with 18% growth in loan disbursement

Mega Bank has registered a good growth in its net profit in its second quarter unaudited financial report where the bank’s net profit stands at Rs 95 crore which was Rs 73.20 crore during the end of second quarter last year.

The bank also registered 14% growth in deposit collection which stands at Rs 84.63 arba, loan figure increased by 18% i.e. Rs 78.11 arba, during the review period.

The bank currently has 111 branches, 29 extension counters, 114 ATM booths, 79 branchless banking units and more than 2500 Mega Remit agents under its network.
