Maturity of “Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2082”

With reference to the above subject, this is to inform that the “Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2082,” issued by this Bank with a tenure of seven years, consisting of 20,00,000 units at a face value of NPR 1,000 each and carrying an interest rate of 10.5% per annum, was allotted on Ashadh 4, 2076.

Subsequently, a listing agreement was executed between Nepal Stock Exchange Limited and this Bank on Bhadra 16, 2076. As the said debenture is set to mature after Ashadh 3, 2083, we kindly request your office to take note of the same and proceed with the necessary actions in accordance with the listing agreement.
