Mathillo Mailun Khola Jalvidhyut Calls 9th AGM With Agenda to Discuss About IPO Issuance

Mathillo Mailun Khola Jalvidhyut Limited (MMKJL) has called its 9th AGM on 9th Ashoj, 2079. The meeting will be held in Akama Hotel, Dhumbarai, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am that day.

Agendas are as follows:

1) To make necessary decisions regarding the issue of IPO from the meeting.
2) To pass the annual report of the board of directors.
3) To discuss the annual report and profit and loss of the financial year 2078/79.
4) To appoint auditor and determining remuneration for the financial year 2079/80.
5) To increase company's authorized capital.
