Market update: NIC ASIA hits circuit break; 83,249 units shares worth Rs 8.75 crore traded, LTP Rs 1052 at 1 pm

NIC ASIA hits circuit break almost immediately after the market was open for trading for today. As of 1:00 pm, 83,249 units of NIC ASIA shares worth Rs 8.75 crore traded through 195 transactions.

NIC ASIA Bank ltd has decided to issue a dividend of Rs. 41.05 per share (39% Stock and 2.05% Stock) for the year 2014/15 which subject to approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has also decided to issue 4:1 right share after the distribution of the bonus share after obtain approval from Annual General Meeting.
