Market to witness another debenture program soon; Sunrise Bank appoints Siddhartha Capital to issue Sunrise Bank Debenture 2083 with 10.25% interest yield

Sunrise Bank has appointed Siddhartha Capital as issue manager for its Sunrise Bank 2083 debenture program. The debenture will have 10.25% interest yield in a semi-annual basis where the maturity period is set at seven years.
The agreement for the same was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Janak Sharma Poudyal and CEO of Siddhartha Capital Mr. Dhruba Timalsina amid a program.
