Market loses points for the fifth consecutive day, closing at 1163.21 points; Hotels sub-index loses the most

The market today further slipped by 0.30% or 3.46 points and closed at 1163.21 points. The turnover stood at Rs.34.17 Crore achieved through trade of 1,503,928 units of shares traded through 5,430 transactions trading scrips of 171 listed companies in the process.

Soaltee Hotel limited (SHL) dominated the trade today with turnover of Rs.4.55 Crore achieved through trade of 208,860 units of shares. The LTP of the scrips stands at Rs.219 per share.

Ghalemdi Hydropower (GHL) was today’s top gainer as it gained 4.41% or 3 points and closed at Rs.71 per share. Nabil Equity Fund (NEF) was today’s top loser as it lost 6.69% or 1 point and closed at Rs.7.53 per unit.

Sensitive Index lost 0.79 points and closed at 254.78 points while Float Index lost 0.22 points and closed at 86.03 points.

Only Mutual Funds gained 0.20% while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points.
