Market loses double digits and falls to 1302.61 points; Global IME Laghubitta hits the positive circuit while Joshi Hydropower hits the negative

The market today stood to lose double digits. The benchmark index lost 0.91% or 11.93 points and closed at 1302.61 points. Sensitive Index lost 2.82 points and closed at 277.56 points while Float Index lost 0.92 points and closed at 95.43 points.
Today’s turnover was worth Rs.62.62 Crore which was achieved from trade of 2,054,286 units of share traded through 9,294 transactions trading scrips of 165 listed companies in the process. The trade today was dominated by Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) after the bank posted a turnover of Rs.4.85 Crore achieved through trade of 143,892 units of shares. The LTP of the bank stands at Rs.336 per share.
Global IME Laghubitta (GILB) hit the positive circuit today as it gained 9.99% or 125 points and closed at Rs.1376 per share. Joshi Hydropower Development Company (JOSHI) hit the negative circuit as it lost 9.75% or 12 points and closed at Rs.111 per share.
All the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points.
