Market loses 9.36 points today, losing for the fourth consecutive day; ADBL stocks worth Rs.8.54 Crore traded

The market today slumped by 0.75% losing 9.36 points. The benchmark index closed at 1245.73 points. The turnover today stood at Rs.45.07 Crore achieved from trade of 1,449,697 units of shares traded through 6,941 transactions trading scrips of 169 listed companies in the process.

Today’s trade was dominated by Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) with turnover of Rs.8.54 Crore achieved through trade of 196,356 units of shares. The LTP of the commercial bank stood at Rs.432 per share.

Joshi Hydropower Development Company (JOSHI) was today’s top gainer as it gained 2.74% or 2 points and closed at Rs.75 per share. Support Microfinance (SMB) hit the negative circuit today as it lost 10% or 52 points and closed at Rs.468 per share. Sparsha Laghubitta (SPARS) hit the negative circuit as well.

Sensitive Index lost 1.91 points and closed at 269.10 points while Float Index lost 0.68 points and closed at 91.68 points.

All the sub-indices ended in the red zone today after losing points. Among them Manufacturing sector lost the most at 1.51% or 39.64 points.
