Market loses 0.48 points as turnover still below par; Sanima Bank dominates turnover

The market today stood to lose 0.48 points or 0.04% and closed at 1220.98 points. The turnover today was of Rs.24.67 Crore which was achieved from trade of 782,029 units of shares through 4,129 transactions trading scrips of 160 listed companies in the process.

Sanima Bank (SANIMA) stood ahead in terms of turnover and shares traded after a trade of 79,945 units of shares posting a turnover of Rs.2.60 Crore. The LTP of the commercial bank stands at Rs.326 per share.

Manjushree Finance (MFIL) gained the most today after it gained 3.94% or 7 points to close at Rs.132 per share. Today’s top loser was Api Power Company (API) after it lost 8.62% or 17 points to close at Rs.180 per share.

Sensitive Index lost 0.11 points and closed at 259.67 points while Float Index lost 0.02 points and closed at 88.70 points.

Today’s top losing sub-index was Manufacturing and Products sector after it lost 0.59% or 13.57 points. Other losing sun-indices were banking, hydropower and others. Rest of the sub-indices ended in the green zone today.
