Market falls below 1112 points after losing minimal points today; one company hits the positive circuit

The market today had low volatility range today, closing to lose minimal of 0.08% or 0.86 points. The benchmark index closed at 1111.99 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.23.22 Crore achieved through trade of 826,368 units of shares traded through 4,113 transactions trading scrips of 164 listed companies in the process.

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) posted the highest turnover today at Rs.1.93 Crore with LTP at Rs.385 per share. Promoter Shares of Century Commercial Bank (CCBLPO) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 68,048 units of shares. The LTP of the stock stood at Rs.120 per share.

National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) hit the positive circuit as it gained 9.96% or 102 points and closed at Rs.1131 per share. Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) was today’s top loser as it lost 6.55% or 8 points and closed at Rs.114 per share.

Sensitive Index lost 0.44 points and closed at 245.71 points while Float Index lost 0.02 points and closed at 82.74 points.

Banking, Trading and Hydropower were among gaining sub-indices while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points.
