Market closes at 1194.77 points after 3.87 points gains; Machhapuchhre Bank shares worth Rs.9.30 Crore traded

The market today gained 0.32% or 3.87 points and closed at 1194.77 points. The turnover was worth Rs.43.64 Crore achieved through trade of 1,422,112 units of shares traded through 6,628 transactions trading 168 scrips of listed companies in the process.

Machhapuchhre Bank Limited (MBL) dominated the trade today with turnover of Rs.9.30 Crore achieved through trade of 363,623 units of shares. The LTP of the commercial bank stands at Rs.258 per share.

Panchthar Power Company (PPCL) hit the positive circuit as it gained 9.28% or 9 points and closed at Rs.106 per share. Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL) was today’s top loser as it lost 3.42% or 5 points and closed at Rs.141 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 0.63 points and closed at 260.86 points while Float Index gained 0.37 points and closed at 88.19 points.

Finance, Manufacturing and Others were among losing sub-indices while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the green zone after gaining points.
