Manjushree Finance (MFIL) proposes 23.5% Dividend for FY 2076/77: How much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has proposed a 23.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 21 has proposed an 18% bonus shares and 5.5% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 14,72,63,627.46 and cash dividend amounting Rs. 4,49,97,219.50 will be distributed.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company on the last trading day stands at Rs. 407.
