Mandu Hydropower Limited Proposes 10.5263% Dividend for Fiscal Year 2081/82; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has proposed an 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 18, 2083 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 13.63 Crores and a 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 71.77 lakhs. The existing paid-up capital of MANDU is Rs. 1.36 Arba.

The dividend was subject to being distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
