Manakamana Laghubitta conducts 1st AGM; endorses 120% shares to existing shareholders

Manakamana Laghubitta with its head office at Siddharthanagar of Rupandehi has conducted its first AGM. The AGM has elected 4 members into the company’s board unanimously who are Mr. Ajay Goenka, Mr. Abhishek Beriwal, Mr. Manish Garg and Mr. Pradip Kumar Sudraniya.

The AGM also endorsed the decision to issue 120% right shares to its existing shareholders.

The newly opened microfinance institution currently provides microcredit facilities to around 6 thousand individuals through its 16 branches located at 6 districts and is mulling to expand as a national level microfinance in a near future, as mentioned in the media statement.
