Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta 5th AGM on Mangsir 9; to endorse 50% bonus & right shares

Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) will be convening its 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 9, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at MSLB’s regional office, Saptari. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 50% bonus shares and 10% cash dividends from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
• To endorse 50% right shares.
• To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
• To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Kartik 26 to Mangsir 9, 2074. But only those shareholders owning their shares till Kartik 25, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividends. Separate book closure date will be announced for the right shares. The microfinance company’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 4 crore. After distribution of 50% bonus and right shares, it will reach to Rs 9 crore. It had earned Rs 4.36 crore in the FY 2073/74, registering an EPS of Rs 107.92.
