Mahuli Laghubitta to endorse 25% bonus & 10% cash dividend; AGM on Asadh 21

Mahuli Samudayak Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to conducts its  4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2072/73 on Asadh 21, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Mahuli Samudayak Laghubitta Bittiya Sansatha Limited, Head Office, Saptari. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. To endorse 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend
2. To increase its working areas to 5 more districts
3. To amend Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per directions received from regulatory authorities

Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial statements of FY2072/73, and appointment of auditor for FY 2073/74. Mahuli’s current paid up capital remains at Rs 3.35 crore after issue of IPO. After issuance of 25% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 4.18 crore. The recent IPO's allottees are also eligible for dividends. However, the dividends will be issued only after appointment of public director.
