Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance to convene its 3rd AGM on Magh 10

Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance Bitiya Sanstha Limited is going to convene its 3rd AGM on Magh 10, 2072. The AGM will be held at the central office of microfinance situated at Chitlang, Makwanpur at 12 pm. The agendas of the meeting are To amend the article of association and memorandum of the association, Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to appoint and to elect 3 BoD members (1 member from promoter shareholders group and 2 from public shareholders group). Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 23 can be a part of the AGM.
