Mahila Sahayatra 11, 00,000 units IPO share listed in NEPSE; trading range will be Rs 103.32 to Rs 309.96

Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has signed an agreement on Ashwin 21, to list its 11, 00,000 units Ordinary Shares in NEPSE for trading. The trading will start after next week in NEPSE. The trading range of the company based on net worth of 2070/71 fiscal year audited report will be Rs 103.32 to Rs 309.96 per share. The company has also appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS). Siddhartha Capital will be providing various share related transactions such as ownership transfer of shares, signature verification, splitting of shares, dividend distribution, among others, and all other services related to share registration from its office. Mahila Shayatra had floated its initial public offering unit shares from Ashad 8 till Ashad 11, 2072.
