Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Re-Certified Under ISO 9001:2015
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has been re-certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard for the third consecutive time.
The bank first received the certification in Shrawan 32, 2081 for its “Provision of Development Banking Activities, and successfully renewed its certification following the first surveillance audit conducted in Bhadra 2082. The bank has once again been re-certified effective from Shrawan 32, 2083.
The certification follows an assessment of the bank’s policies, rules, procedures, documentation and overall management system.
Meanwhile, the bank has recently opened a Digital Hub with a coffee lounge at Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
