Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydro Project resumes its IPO process from Shrawan 5 for Sindhupalchowk locals; issue to close by Shrawan 17 at earliest

Madhya Bhotekoshi has resumed its IPO process from Shrawan 5, 2078 for the project affected locals of Sindhupalchowk district which was earlier halted since Baisakh 25, 2078.

The issue of 60 lakh ordinary shares will be closed by Shrawan 17 by the earliest and by Shrawan 32 by the latest where the eligible locals of Sindhupalchowk district can apply for minimum 50 unit to maximum 400 unit shares, as per the media statement.

The hydropower company has allocated 32 collection centres in Sindhupalchowk district whereas 7 such centres in Kathmandu through which the investors can submit their application and cheques whereas can do so also through ASBA member BFIs and via eSewa and  IME Pay service, as per the statement.
