Machhapuchchhre Bank distributing 16% bonus share certificate from today; Demat a/c holders to get shares in Demat a/c

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) is distributing 16% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (Shrawan 2, 2073). Machhapuchchhre Bank 17th AGM held on Baisakh 26, 2073 had endorsed 16 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at, Machhapuchchhre Bank Share Department located at Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. Machhapuchchhre Bank has earned Rs.62.42 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
4. Those shareholders who have shares in Demat account before the book closure date will get their bonus share directly to their respective Demat account after bonus shares get listed on Nepse.
