Lumbini General Insurance book closure today

Today was the last day for the investors to get hold of the shares of Lumbini General Insurance. Investors buying the shares of the Lumbini General Insurance till Sunday would be entitled for bonus shares of the bank for the fiscal year 2070/71.
The Insurance Company had proposed 10.53 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the last fiscal year. The decision, however, needs to be endorsed by the company’s AGM.
The insurance company has scheduled its 10th AGM for Falgun 25. The insurance company has said that details regarding the AGM will be made public soon.
