Lumbini Bikas Bank convenes its 12th AGM; clears way for 15% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares for shareholders

Lumbini Bikas Bank has convened its 12^th AGM on Poush 29, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Dashrath Risal. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide 20% dividend that include 15% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares to the shareholders. following the distribution of bonus shares, the paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs 2.71 arba.

The bank has a deposit collection of Rs 27.08 arba, loan disbursement of Rs 23.94 arba, has 66 branches, and 16 ATM terminals under its network.
