Lumbini Bank distributing 15 % bonus share certificate from today

Lumbini Bank Limited (LUBL) is distributing 15 percent bonus share certificate to its shareholders from (today) Ashad 21, 2073. Lumbini Bank 18th AGM held on Baisakh 27, 2073 had endorsed 15 percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:15 AM to 2:15 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:15 AM to 01:00 PM on Friday at Citizen Investment Trust Office, New Bansehwor, Kathmandu. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original photocopy of the original share certificate along with citizenship certificate’s photocopy.
2. Photocopy of citizenship card of both shareholder and representative along with Letter of Authorization should be presented by  the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the bonus share themselves.
