Lumbini Bank 30.01 lakh units bonus share listed; two companies convert 66.29 lakh units promoter share into ordinary share

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 30, 01, 250 units bonus share of Lumbini Bank Limited today (Ashad 27, 2073) for trading. Also Mega Bank and Metro Dev Bank have converted 66, 29, 688.028 units promoter share  into ordinary share leaving promoter public ratio at 51:49.Now the investors holding bonus share of Lumbini Bank can sell their bonus shares. Listing of Bonus Shares of Lumbini Bank Ltd. 30, 01, 250 units bonus share of Lumbini Bank Ltd. has now been listed for trading.18^th AGM of Lumbini Bank held on Baisakh 27, 2073 had endorsed 15% bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the FY 2071/72. Following companies have converted their promoter share into ordinary share:   Conversion of share of Mega Bank Limited 61,56,973 units promoter share of Mega Bank Ltd. has now been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter public share ratio 51:49. Conversion of share of Metro Development Bank Limited 4,72,715.028 units promoter share of Metro Development Bank Ltd. has now been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter public share ratio 51:49.
