LS Capital Limited Promoted "LS Horizon 12" to Issue 12 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Baishakh 30

LS Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "LS Horizon 12" close-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 30th Baishakh to the 4th Jestha, 2083. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Jestha 13.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1,80,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 18 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 crores units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"LS Horizon 12" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
