LS Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of LUK, SFMF, And SFEF

LS Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 3rd Bhadra, 2082, is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 2nd Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.

The meeting of the board of directors of LS Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 20% cash dividend to the unitholders of Laxmi Unnati Kosh (LUK), 14% cash dividend to the unitholders of Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) and an 13.50% cash dividend to the unitholders of Sunrise Focused Equity Fund (SFEF) for the fiscal year 2081/82.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Values (NAVs) for various funds are reported as follows: LUK has an NAV of Rs. 12.46 and closed at Rs. 11.20; SFMF has an NAV of Rs. 11.91 and closed at Rs. 11.11; and SFEF has an NAV of Rs. 12.13 and closed at 10.70.
