Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) has informed that the lock-in period of 5,00,000 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 11th Shrawan, 2083.
The company had an issued capital of Rs. 10 Arba Crores. Out of the total 1,00,00,000 units, 5,00,000 (i.e., 5% of 1,00,00,000) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.
Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
