Local markets see the highest price of gold ever recorded; growing global conflicts among main reasons for the rise

The prices of Gold have hit a record high in the local market. Nepal Gold and Silver Business Association had set the price of Gold at Rs.65,500 per tola on Friday.

Earlier, on 6th Asadh, 2076, gold was traded at Rs.65 thousand per tola. Between this periods, gold price was fluctuating between Rs.64 thousand and Rs.65 thousand. On Thursday, it was traded at Rs.65 thousand which grew by Rs.500 to hit record high.

Popular views suggest that the rise in gold prices is due to the rising conflict of America with China, India and Iran.
