Life Insurance will endorse 30% stock dividend, 13th AGM today

Life Insurance Company Nepal Limited (LICN) is holding its 13th Annual General Meeting today.
The AGM among other things, endorse 1.58% Cash Dividend and 30% Bonus Share to its shareholders shares from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year. The AGM is going to be held at the Staff College, Jawalakhel, lalitpur at 11 am.
The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71 and the appointment of auditor.
Life Insurance Company Nepal Limited has posted net profit of Rs.21.78 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
