Life Insurance Nepal announces 30% stock dividend and 1.58% cash

The 72nd BOD meeting of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) has proposed 30 percent bonus share and 1.58 percent (for tax purpose) cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of bank held on Poush 29 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Beema Samiti and the company upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Previous year also LICN has offered 30 percent bonus share and 1.58 percent cash dividend to its shareholder.
