LIC Nepal holds AGM

KATHMANDU, JAN 04:
Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LIC Nepal) that held its 11th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday has decided to give 62 per cent bonus share and 3.2632 per cent cash dividend for tax purpose from its profit of last fiscal year. The AGM has decided to issue 25 per cent rights share. It was able to collect Rs 770.02 million (first premium) in the last fiscal year from 59,098 new insurance policies.
