LIC Nepal 30% bonus share certificate distribution from 27th Chaitra

At a time when many of the life insurance firms are delaying AGM and shying away from proposing dividends, Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited stands out among the companies.

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) has not only concluded its AGM on Falgun 20, 2071, offering 30% stock dividend, but also already announced the date for distributing bonus share certificates.

LICN is distributing 30% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from 27th Chaitra. The 13th AGM of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited had endorsed 30% bonus shares to its shareholders shares from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year.

The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM Sunday through Friday LICN's corporate office share department located in, Kathmandu.

Life Insurance Company Nepal Limited had posted a net profit of Rs. 21.78 million for the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
