Liberty Energy Company convenes 13th AGM; in process to issue 50% right shares worth 75 crore soon for its shareholders

Liberty Energy Company convened its 13th AGM on Baisakh 25, 2080 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Kush Kumar Joshi. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year.
The AGM has also endorsed the proposal to float 50% of right shares i.e., Rs 75 crore worth of right shares to its existing shareholders. the AGM has also endorsed the election of new board members who include Dr. Aatma Ram Ghimire, Mr. Shyam Bahadur Khadka, Mr. Rajendra Wasti, Mr. Puruswotam Ghimire and Ms. Kabita Pokharel from the promoter group while Mr. Lochan Koirala from public group and Ms. Anugya Sapkota as an independent board of director, as per the media statement.
Liberty Energy is operating three projects i.e. Upper Dordi A and Lodo Khola project in Lamjung, and Badighad Khola project in Gulmi, as per the media statement.
