Laxmi Value Fund and Laxmi Equity Fund report rise in NAV for Mangsir; Find other details

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF1), a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported incline in NAV to Rs.9.73 from Rs.9.51 for the month of Mangsir.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs.50 Crore, has invested Rs.21.05 Crore in the shares of 26 listed companies and has Rs.2.03 Lakhs investment in public issues.

This mutual fund has Rs.5 Crore as fixed deposit and Rs.20.55 Crore as bank balance. It has reported net loss of Rs.10.44 Crore till end of Mangsir month.

Similarly, Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF), a closed-end 7 years equity-oriented mutual fund scheme also managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported rise in NAV to Rs.8.61 from Rs.8.40 in the month of Mangsir.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs.1.25 Arba has invested Rs.80.90 Crore in listed shares of 66 different companies.

LEMF has invested Rs.14.54 Lakh in initial public offerings and Rs.2 Crore in bond/debentures. This mutual fund has Rs.7.50 crore as fixed deposit and Rs.17.28 Crore as bank balance.

It has reported net loss of Rs.26.07 Crore till Mangsir.
