Laxmi Sunrise Capital Appointed as Issue & Sales Manager for United Ajod Insurance's Right Share Issuance

United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has finalized an agreement to issue 15% of its current paid-up capital. This decision was formalized during a special general meeting held on Jestha 31, 2081.

The agreement, signed on Ashadh 11, involves a partnership with Laxmi Sunrise Capital, which will serve as the issuing and sales manager.

The contract signing took place at the head office of United Ajod Insurance Limited in Sundhara, where Mr. Shrawan Rawal, CEO of United Ajod Insurance Limited, and Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of Capital representing Mr. Laxmi Sunrise Capital, signed the agreement.

This strategic move marks a significant step forward for United Ajod Insurance Limited in expanding its capital base and operational capacity.
