Laxmi Laghubitta reports 27.51% rise in net profit with EPS of Rs 56.49; Non-Performing Loan rises to 4.42% in Q2

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (LLBS) publish the second-quarter report of FY 2077/2078 with a 27.51% rise in Net Profit. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 9.04 crores as compared to Rs. 7.08 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company increased by 37.72% to Rs. 3.29 Arba which was Rs. 2.39 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 27.10% to Rs 5.50 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 22.89% to Rs. 22.39 crores compared to Rs. 18.22 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company increased to Rs. 32 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 26.33 crores which is an increase of 6.39% in this quarter.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs. 56.49. The net worth per share is Rs. 182.28. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 26.38 times.
