Laxmi Laghubitta proposes 26.32% dividend worth Rs 6.36 crore; Dividend includes 15% bonus and 11.32% cash dividend

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (LLBS) has proposed 26.32% dividend for its shareholders from the accumulated profit till FY 2075/76.

The 113th Board meeting of the microfinance held on Bhadra 24, 2076 has decided to propose 15% bonus shares worth Rs 3.63 crore and 11.32% cash dividend worth Rs 2.73 crore. The cash dividend also includes the amount required for tax purposes. The company is proposing a total of 26.32% dividend (Percentage is calculated from paid-up capital of Rs 24.20 crore) worth Rs 6.36 crore.

The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Anual General Meeting of LLBS.
