Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) has proposed a 23.16% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The company's 128th meeting of the board held on Poush 03 has proposed an 8.13% cash dividend and a 15% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 27,83,00,000. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2,27,03,421 and the bonus shares are worth Rs. 4,17,45,000.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company. As of writing, the last trading day's close of the company stands at Rs. 1,570.
