Laxmi Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Dividend of Laxmi Unnati Kosh and Laxmi Equity Fund

Laxmi Capital has announced a book closure date for the dividend of Laxmi Unnati Kosh and Laxmi Equity Fund.

Laxmi Unnati Kosh (LUK) and Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) are distributing a 5% cash dividend each to its shareholders.

The 75th meeting of the board held on Shrawan 16 has proposed to distribute the 5% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of LUK and LEMF for the fiscal year 2078/79. 

As of writing, the LTP of LUK is Rs. 8.79 and LEMF is Rs. 8.74. LEMF began with fund size of a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba whereas LUK with a fund size of Rs. 65.2 Crores.

Laxmi Unnati Kosh has reported a net profit of Rs. 3.18 crores in the month of Ashad and Laxmi Equity Fund has reported a net profit of Rs. 1.39 crore. The NAV of LUK as of Ashad end stands at Rs. 10.56 and NAV of LEMF stands at Rs. 10.52.

Unitholders maintained before Bhadra 07 are entitled to the cash dividend. Books will be closed on Bhadra 07 for dividend distribution purposes.
